Returns: Must contact us before returning item ( custom orders can only be adjusted, color corrected to initial request, non refundable).

Refunds: Damaged by carrier not accepted, Unless the item is defective, wrong item was shipped or a time sensitive delivery agreement was not met. Please allow shrinkage due too washing and painting of natural raw materials. Used backdrops are not refundable, you must contact upon receiving the item to be able to return (same day), there after only retouching or color corrections can be made, in some cases exchange for the same item.

Must specify custom details at time of order: Hot spots, hems, grommets, mounting, color expectations, size, item number, material, etc.

Local orders will apply ILL. sales tax unless tax certificate is submitted.

Payment, Shipping & Turnaround time:

• We accept major credit cards & paypal (charge will appear as C.G. Studio, Inc.),

• All orders are processed daily, custom backdrops allow 5 business days to ship,

• Rush shipments are available, no extra charge if item is in stock, custom orders will apply a fee.

• Most items ship 1-2 days after payment is received and cleared.

• Will ship UPS standard, unless special request is placed.
